About Reservations

When do cancellation fees apply?
For direct reservations made by phone, cancellation fees apply from seven days before your stay, according to our terms and conditions.
7 to 4 days before your stay: 10% of the accommodation fee
3 to 2 days before your stay: 30% of the accommodation fee
1 day before your stay: 50% of the accommodation fee
On the day of your stay or no-show: 100% of the accommodation fee

For reservations made through our website, the cancellation fee policy varies depending on the package.
"Early Bird 40": 50% from 14 days prior, 100% from 7 days prior to your stay
"Early Bird 20": 30% from 10 days prior, 50% from 5 days prior, 100% from the day before to the day of your stay
For packages other than "Early Bird 40" and "Early Bird 20," the same cancellation fee policy as direct reservations applies
What are the rates for children?
Children ages 6-12 are charged 70% of the adult rate, and children ages 3-5 are charged 50% of the adult rate
We won't be needing meals for our 2-year-old. Is there a fee for their stay regardless?
Yes, there is a facility usage fee of ¥2,200 for 2-year-old children who do not require meals (no bedding provided).
If you would like bedding for your child, there is an additional charge of ¥3,300
Children under the age of two stay free of charge.

About Meals

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
We regret that we are currently unable to accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies. We apologize for any inconvenience.
What kind of meals are available for children?
Our children's menu currently features plain udon noodles, fried shrimp, fried chicken, french fries, sushi, cheese manju (steamed buns with a sweet cheese filling), and fruit.
For children between the ages of 6 and 12 who may not prefer the adult Japanese cuisine, we also offer a modified version of our children's meal.
What are the meal times?
Dinner is served from 6:00 p.m. onwards, and breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. onwards.
The latest seating for dinner is typically 7:00 p.m., but we can accommodate a 7:30 p.m. start with advance notice.

About the Rooms

Do you have rooms with beds?
Yes, we do. Special Japanese-Western Style Room, Deluxe Japanese-Western Style Room, Comfort Twin Room, and Superior Twin Room are Japanese-Western style rooms equipped with beds.
We also have two rollaway beds available upon request. Please feel free to inquire.
Do you provide bedding for infants (under one year old)?
Yes, we have two sets of baby bedding available. Please let us know if you need them.
What amenities are provided in the rooms?
Each room is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, a comb, a brush, bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes.
Shower caps, makeup remover, facial cleanser, lotion, milky lotion, and razors are also available at the large communal bath.
Do the rooms face the lake?
Yes, all of our rooms offer lake views.
Are the baths in the rooms hot spring baths?
No, the rooms do not have hot spring baths. Thank you for your understanding.
Are the rooms non-smoking?
We have designated smoking and non-smoking floors.
If you have a preference, please let us know in advance.
If no preference is specified, we will assign a room based on availability.
Please note that room changes on the day of arrival may not be possible. We appreciate your understanding.

About the Baths

Can I reserve a private family bath in advance?
Advance reservations for private family baths are not available. Please inquire at the front desk upon check-in for availability.
What amenities are provided in the large communal bath?
We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, combs, brushes, shower caps, bath towels, makeup remover, facial cleanser, lotion, milky lotion, and razors.
Are there handrails to assist with entering the large communal bath?
Yes, the bath is equipped with handrails.
Is the hot spring water free-flowing (kakenagashi)?
No, the water is circulated and filtered, not free-flowing (kakenagashi).

Can I walk around the inn wearing a yukata?
Yes, certainly.
Do you accept credit cards??
Yes, we accept VISA, Saison, JCB, Rakuten, Diners Club, Aeon, MasterCard, and other major credit cards.
Is parking free?
Yes, we offer complimentary parking for 80 vehicles.
We're planning an anniversary celebration during our stay. Do you have any special options available?
We can arrange a cake for your special occasion.
We offer cakes in the following sizes: 12 cm (4.72 in) (¥3,300), 15 cm (5.91 in) (4,180yen), 18 cm (7.09 in) (¥4,510), 21 cm (8.27 in) (¥5,720).
How long does it take to get to the inn from Hamamatsu Station and Hamamatsu-nishi Interchange?
It takes approximately 50 minutes (660yen) by bus from Hamamatsu Station. Please disembark at the Kanzanji Onsen bus stop and give us a call; we'll be happy to pick you up.
By car, it's about 15 minutes from the Hamamatsu-nishi Interchange on the Tomei Expressway and about five minutes from the Kanzanji Smart Interchange.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
We hope you have a relaxing stay with us.
Is karaoke available??
While karaoke isn't available in the dining areas, we have two karaoke rooms (capacity: seven to eight people) located near the front desk on the first floor.
Please feel free to use these rooms for karaoke. They're available for ¥5,500 per hour for unlimited singing (drinks are not included).
Is the entire building non-smoking?
Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking rooms.
Is the inn fully accessible?
The inn is not fully accessible.
While wheelchairs can access the guest rooms from the entrance, there is one step up into the rooms.
There are three steps and one additional step up from the entrance to the large communal bath.
Guest room "Subaru" is fully accessible.
